Dr. Renatta Osterdock came to Denver in February of 2008 from Loma Linda University where she served as the Chief of Pediatric Neurosurgery and Medical Director of the Pediatric Neuroscience Center from 2001 to 2007. She has been internationally recognized for her role in leading the team that separated the Craniopagus twins at Loma Linda. Currently, she is working with the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children to establish the Pediatric Neuroscience Center of Excellence. The focus of this center will be on the development of a multidisciplinary team approach to the care of children with neurologic disorders. Dr. Osterdock has also been involved in volunteer medical mission work in Thailand, China, and Vietnam and has an active interest in improving neurosurgical care for children on an international level.
Dr. Osterdock has appeared on NBC Nightline and MSNBC reports as well as other Nationally televisedd shows to speak of her profound work experiences and passion for serving the community through her expertise.
